Zati

Stop rebuilding the same client follow-ups every month

Bookkeeping and CAS firms live from recurring handoffs: a missing statement, a client who sent half the onboarding packet, a close waiting on review. The work is well understood, but it is spread across whoever is free, and the output is hard to trace. When something comes back, the reviewer often cannot see what was assumed, what was supplied, and what is still missing.

A Zati workshop puts that recurring work in front of you, hands-on. You bring a real deliverable from your firm. You and David design the worker roles, run the assignment, review the output, and leave with a setup your team can operate and improve without us.

Start with something useful. Keep it either way.

Your first conversation with David is free. You receive an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO, a preview of how a redesign could look, and a demo of what we could build for a bookkeeping or CAS practice.

Bring your website and one workflow. We will talk through where inquiries get stuck, which recurring deliverable gets rebuilt by hand, and which jobs suit an AI worker. You keep the audit report, the redesign preview and the demo whether or not you book a workshop. No purchase obligation.

What we build with you

A website clients and answer engines can find

We start from the audit: technical SEO, service pages, mobile experience and the contact path a prospective client actually uses. AEO and GEO work makes your business information clearer for answer engines to interpret. We redesign the agreed pages with you and show you how to update them next time, so a page change does not have to become another development project.

An xAI voice agent for the calls that arrive first

New client enquiries reach your phone before they reach your calendar. We set up an xAI voice agent around your business information, the questions you are actually asked, and the details you need from a caller — firm size, engagement type, deadlines. You work through the call flow and test what happens when the agent needs a person. Any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action is agreed with you before it is included, because your firm decides what can be handled automatically and what needs confirmation.

An AI-worker organization with named roles

Workers are given useful jobs with explicit inputs, outputs and handoffs. Roles we might build together include a document coordinator that turns a client task export and approved emails into a missing-document queue, a reviewer-preparation worker that assembles a readiness brief against your checklist, and a SEO/AEO/GEO maintenance worker that reviews service pages, identifies gaps and prepares updates for your sign-off. We design the roles, instructions, context and handoffs using Zati, Muse or GrokBot where the platform suits the work — these are alternative tool choices, not automatically interoperable.

The skills to keep it working

You do the work alongside David. You practice changing information, reviewing a worker's output, spotting a mistake and making the next improvement yourself. You finish able to operate the agreed setup and explain how to maintain it, with your accounts, operating guidance and a practical checking routine in your hands.

A prospective workflow for a recurring CAS cycle

One direction we would explore with a firm of your kind: a client task export plus approved emails becomes a missing-document queue and reviewed chase drafts. The queue lists each outstanding item per client, with the source reference attached. Draft requests go to a named reviewer, who decides what is sent. Your accounting and practice-management systems remain the systems of record; workers prepare and propose, your accountants approve. This is a scope to shape together, not an existing configuration.

Choose the workshop depth that fits

Practice asking workers for tasks, reviewing their work and improving instructions through conversation.

The free call helps us agree a useful finish line. Each package has a written scope and quote.

  • 2 hours — one agreed improvement or one worker, with hands-on practice and clear next steps.
  • 4 hours — one focused workflow and its maintenance routine, with time to test and repeat it yourself.
  • 8 hours — a broader setup across the agreed website, voice or worker tasks, with more practice on how the pieces fit.
  • 16 hours — connect several agreed parts of the business and build confidence operating and improving them.
  • 32 hours — a deeper, multi-workflow programme with time for implementation and a more extensive operating playbook.

Hosting is optional. If you want free website hosting, we help set it up and show you how to manage it, or you keep a suitable existing host. Domain renewals, phone and AI usage, and any paid software are separate costs, and we identify them before the workshop.

Questions before you begin

Does this replace your accountant's review? No. Workers prepare material and surface open questions; your people make the accounting calls and approve anything leaving the firm.

Can a worker email a client without review? That depends on the permissions and approval requirements you set, and on what the connected configuration supports. Drafting a request does not grant permission to send it.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations? No. We improve the agreed pages and build a maintenance process; search and answer engines determine their own results.

Will this work with our existing accounting software? Your existing applications stay responsible for your client records and workflows. We scope each worker to the client material its assignment needs, and keep one conversation per client or close issue.

What should we bring? One recurring deliverable, a sample of its inputs, and the standard your firm would use to accept it.
